Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup  Almond Flour

  • 1 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 0.5 tsp Cloves (Ground)

  • 0.25 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)

  • 4 large Egg

  • 0.75 cup  Pumpkin Puree

  • 0.25 cup  Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp  Vanilla Extract

  • 1 dash  alt

  • 4 tbsp Almond Butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Lightly grease 8 muffin tins (or line with paper liners)

  3. Mix all ingredients (except for the almond butter) together in a large bowl until well blended.

  4. Divide mixture into 8 muffin tins.

  5. Bake for 22 - 24 minutes (when pierced with a fork, the fork comes out clean).

  6. Serve warm with almond butter.

  7. Option to store left overs in the freezer and reheat in the microwave when ready to eat.
